Tensile strength ≥790 MPa, hardness up to 28–32 HRC (after quenching & tempering), ensuring reliable performance in ultra-deep wells (>3,000m) and high-pressure formations (≥50 MPa).

High manganese (1.05–1.35%) and molybdenum (0.20–0.25%) content enhance abrasion resistance, while a refined microstructure improves fracture toughness for extended service life in harsh conditions.

Elongation ≥14% balances strength and ductility, effectively absorbing sudden impacts (e.g., stuck pipe, vibration) to prevent brittle failure.
4. Specialized Adaptability
